Please note that despatch times may vary in high volume periods and sale periods, however we will do our best to prevent this where possible.
Whilst we strive to provide you with the best customer service by assisting where possible, we are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by a third party courier or freight company.
For orders received before 2pm AWST Monday to Friday, we will aim to dispatch the next day.
Standard delivery is 2-7 business days. Delivery to addresses in northern or regional Australia may take a little longer.
You will receive an email notification when your order has been despatched, to help you track your items.
As we aim to deliver your purchases as quickly as possible, there may be times where we are unable to ship all items within the same delivery. Please check your dispatch email for information about whether items will be dispatched together or separately.
Standard Delivery within Australia
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Malaga, Western Australia, and are delivered by Australia post.
Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Upon dispatch we will send you a notification email and your order should arrive within 3-7 business days for standard delivery and 1-3 business days for express delivery.
Please note it can take longer to remote and regional areas. Please note that we rely on our delivery partners to successfully deliver within their recommended service time frames.
For Australian standard deliveries, please note that shipping charges are calculated on item weight, and are calculated on checkout. You can check the Australia Post website to gain an estimate: https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/ using Malaga, 6090 as the origin postcode.

Please note that some rural locations may take slightly longer. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email from AusPOST with your tracking number, after which you can track your delivery. Please contact Australia Post for any inquiries about your order, as once this leaves our store, it is in the hands of Australia Post.
We suggest you give an address where you will most likely be during the day to receive delivery, as you will be asked to sign for the receipt of your parcel. We can deliver to all business, residential and PO Box addresses in Australia. If you are not at home at the time of delivery a notification card will be left for collection at your local post office.
Our warehouse is outside of the guaranteed Australia Post Express network, so we cannot guarantee parcels sent through Express Post will arrive the next business day. If you require an urgent delivery, please contact our office on 08 9248 5008, and we can arrange to send your order via courier.
We do not offer insurance on parcels sent from our warehouse, however if you require insurance, please phone us on 08 9248 5008 and we can arrange it. All parcels are packed with care and items well protected with appropriate packaging.
Should you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, please call us on 08 9248 5008 and quote your order number. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return it to us. Please refer to our Return and Refund policy for details.
